About Us

Saks London, established in 2016, is a boutique Sales, Lettings and Property Management agency based in the heart of Balham.

We are a service-led agency focused on building long-term relationships with our landlords, tenants and clients. Our approach combines industry expertise with modern marketing, technology and a hands-on commitment to providing a high standard of service.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organised Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing applicant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing new tenancies through to completion.

This role would suit someone who is confident dealing with clients, commercially aware and comfortable working in a busy estate agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and qualifying new applicant enquiries
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Following up with applicants following viewings
Negotiating offers between prospective tenants and landlords
Progressing agreed lets through referencing and tenancy preparation
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
Matching applicants with suitable available properties
Maintaining accurate applicant and property records
Keeping property listings and marketing information up to date
Identifying opportunities to improve property exposure and generate enquiries
Working closely with the Property Management and Administration teams to ensure smooth tenant move-ins
Maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
Supporting the wider team where required

Key Skills & Requirements

Previous experience in lettings, estate agency or a similar property role preferred
Confident and professional communication skills
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer literate and comfortable using modern software and CRM systems
Professional and presentable manner
Full UK Driving Licence required
Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK

What We Offer

Basic salary of £24,785–£25,000 per year
Competitive commission structure
Permanent full-time position
37.5 hours per week
