Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Administrator / Receptionist to join our vibrant team! This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while managing essential office functions. This paid position offers a chance to develop your administrative expertise within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain organized records through data entry and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents as needed

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Previous administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times
Exceptional organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
Familiarity with clerical procedures such as filing systems, record keeping, and office equipment operation
