In this varied role, you will provide crucial HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and engagement. You will also take a lead on coordinating our training and development activities, helping our people to grow and reach their full potential. About The Role

As an HR Graduate / Talent Administrator, you'll dive into the heart of our People function, gaining invaluable exposure across the full spectrum of HR. Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of generalist HR responsibilities and a specialist focus on Learning & Development. You will be the primary coordinator for all training activities, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and support the annual Personal Development Review (PDR) process.

This role is a fantastic launchpad for your career. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop a broad skill set in recruitment, employee relations, and engagement, contributing to projects that enhance the employee experience. You'll play a key part in building a skilled, engaged, and future-ready workforce, with clear pathways for growth within our global Talent team.

Required Criteria

Degree qualified, or working towards a qualification, in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management or a related discipline.
Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, recruitment, training or HR support role.
A strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources and Talent Development.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with employees, managers and external providers.
Highly organised, accurate and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Confident using Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn HR systems and digital tools.
Ability to travel between sites as required.
Right to work in the UK.

Desired Criteria

CIPD Level 3 qualification, or a willingness to work towards it.
Experience using HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or learning management systems (LMS).
Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or multi-site environment.
