Food & Beverage Supervisor

Location: The Drouthy Laird, Inverurie
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on, multi-purpose role that offers variety and responsibility across our restaurant, bar, and function rooms.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting the management team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and function facilities.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained at all times.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Support the coordination and delivery of private functions and events.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

About You

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role is desirable.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to work.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position and flexibility is essential. The successful candidate must be available to work:

Evenings
Weekends
Bank Holidays as required
