Full job description

Experienced and professional Property Manager needed for our Banbury based lettings agents - great package for the right candidate.

Role to include:

* Setting up and processing of new tenancies, liaising with new tenants and landlords to ensure property is ready for new tenancy.

* Managing existing tenancies, dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.

* Managing rental arrears and issuing correct legal notices when required.

* Ensuring that legal checks on properties are carried out in the correct timescales and certificates registered and issued.

* Registration of deposits with TDS Custodial scheme and dealing with end of tenancy repayment, deductions and discussions if required.

* ARLA/Propertymark qualification a benefit

* Full UK driving license and own car required, parking permit available.

* Good knowledge of the local area useful, experience in property management a requirement.

Hours of work full time, 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday mornings worked on a rota basis (some flexibility may be required for early or late appointments)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
