Following the successful opening of the dual-branded Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott Belfast in the iconic Titanic Quarter, we are looking for a Receptionist to join our Front Office team and contribute to the continued success of this exciting new destination.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of two of Marriott’s most dynamic brands—Aloft, known for its bold design and social energy, and Residence Inn, crafted for longer stays and residential comfort—in one vibrant location.

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Receptionist to create exceptional first impressions and deliver outstanding service throughout the guest journey.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests warmly and ensure efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest billing accurately.
Maintain high standards of presentation and service at the front desk.
Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Provide local information and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
Support the Front Office team with daily operational tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Professional, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Experience with hotel systems is advantageous but not essential.
