Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored vehicle solutions. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help create memorable experiences for our clients while contributing to the dealership’s success.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with prospective customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
Follow up with leads promptly to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer loyalty
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth handovers and positive customer experiences
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or automotive sales preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Valid driving license with a clean driving record
Good IT skills for managing CRM systems and sales documentation
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
