Event Services Assistant | Glasgow | Full-Time | Entry Level

We're looking for an enthusiastic Event Services Assistant to join our growing team in Glasgow.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of live events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities. If you're organised, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

As an Event Services Assistant, you'll:

- Support the planning, setup, and delivery of live events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

- Assist with event logistics, venue preparation, and equipment organisation.

- Welcome guests and attendees, providing a professional and friendly customer experience.

- Help coordinate event schedules and ensure activities run smoothly throughout the day.

- Provide information about products, services, and promotional campaigns to customers.

- Work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and event coordinators to ensure successful event delivery.

- Maintain event materials, displays, and operational equipment to a high standard.

- Assist with resolving customer enquiries and supporting on-site event operations.

- Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times.

- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
