Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative in-person support to an UHNW individual, with an immediate start date.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment (onboard a 98m superyacht), where organisational skills and professionalism are highly valued. This is a world travelling role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for streamlining daily operations, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication for the individual.

This is a wonderful job where your work enables the opportunity to travel the world, and live an interesting life.

The position is live aboard on the yacht, and travel with the Owner wherever / whenever required.

Accommodation comprises a single ensuite cabin.

Salary: USD 100,000 Per Annum

Duties

Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Handling correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette.
Organising travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation where necessary.
Managing office supplies inventory and liaising with vendors when necessary.
Organising files both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Supporting general administrative functions such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining office organisation standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven administrative experience or previous office experience demonstrating organisational capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good typing speed to facilitate efficient document preparation and correspondence.
Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanour when communicating with clients and colleagues.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office procedures, clerical tasks, and basic financial record keeping is advantageous.
Fluent in English, and Spanish is advantageous.
