The Opportunity

We're flexible on the role because we're looking for the right person.

If you're an Experienced Valuer, you'll:

Attend market appraisals and convert instructions.
Deliver confident, honest pricing advice backed by local market knowledge.
Build strong relationships with vendors from first meeting through to completion.
Generate new business through recommendations and local networking.
Represent the Ryan James brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

If you're an Experienced Sales Progressor, you'll:

Manage sales from offer agreed through to completion.
Liaise daily with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors.
Resolve issues before they become problems.
Keep clients fully informed throughout the transaction.
Help deliver a moving experience that clients genuinely remember.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous estate agency experience.
Is motivated, organised and proactive.
Has exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Takes pride in delivering first-class customer service.
Wants to be part of a business that's ambitious, modern and continually growing.
Holds a full UK driving licence.
