Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the catering and restaurant industry, working in a dynamic setting that values professionalism and teamwork. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair remuneration for your efforts.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Handle customer enquiries courteously, resolving issues promptly
Support bar operations, including serving drinks and maintaining stock levels
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Assist in setting up event spaces or special functions when necessary

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Experience in food preparation or restaurant service is desirable
Barista experience is a plus but not essential
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
A professional attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
