Job Title: Marketing & Design Executive

Salary: 30,000 - £33,000 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday - 4 days office based & 1 day working from home.

Job Purpose: Working with the Senior Graphic Designer to develop and deliver high-quality digital and offline marketing collateral that strengthens and communicates the Deanta brand across homeowner, trade and industry audiences. The role supports the wider Marketing strategy by taking ownership of creative projects, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, brand guidelines and commercial KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Manage design projects from initial brief through to delivery, including time estimates, supplier quotes and purchase orders.
Liaise with external printers and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards and delivery deadlines are met.
Support digital marketing activity through the creation of assets for campaigns, social media and website updates.
Work closely with sales teams, customers and internal stakeholders to support brand and marketing requirements.
Maintain stock control of marketing materials, POS and display assets, arranging reorders as required.
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency.
Support the Senior Graphic Designer with CGI creation.
Support wider marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Skills and Experience Required:

2+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Acrobat).
An understanding of print and production processes & the ability to place orders with suppliers.
Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

Desirable:

Proficient in CGI design, to elevate photography across all digital and printed assets.
Experience using V-Ray and Sketch up.

Customer-focused and commercially minded with an interest in understanding the latest trends.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills.
Confident and dynamic with strong communication skills.
A self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
