Building Inspector/building control surveyor

Location:London

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Permanent Available

We are currently seeking Building Inspectors to join a growing Building Control team working on a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for Building Control professionals looking to progress their career within a supportive and professional environment. Opportunities are available for individuals with experience in plan checking, site inspections, or a combination of both.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out Building Control inspections on a range of projects
Review plans and specifications for compliance with Building Regulations
Provide technical advice to clients, contractors and stakeholders
Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records
Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure compliance standards are met
Support the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service

Requirements

Experience within Building Control, Building Inspection or a related discipline
Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction practices
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently
Must be Registered Building Inspectors (Class 2A or higher ) to apply
Candidates working towards registration will also be considered
