PEST UK has been providing fast, reliable pest control services across domestic and commercial sectors for over 40 years. As a proud member of the BPCA, we meet strict industry standards and deliver high-quality service to our customers.

With over 30 qualified pest control technicians covering the South, South East, London boroughs, and now expanding into the Midlands, our operations continue to grow. Our busy and dynamic office in Grazeley is home to a team of 25+ staff who support daily operations and ensure excellent service delivery.

The role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in managing client contracts, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting smooth coordination between departments.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or contracts-based role. Full training on internal systems will be provided.

What you’ll do

Manage and maintain client contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
Process contract renewals, amendments, and new agreements
Liaise with clients regarding contract terms, pricing, and service schedules
Ensure purchase orders are received and linked to contracts where required
Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure contract visits are correctly planned
Monitor contract compliance and highlight any discrepancies
Provide general administrative support related to contracts and accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a high standard of customer service

What you’ll bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or contracts-based role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and professional manner
Experience handling client accounts, billing, or contract management
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Confident working with systems and data
A proactive and team-focused approach

Hours

37.5 hours per week
Weekly schedule to be confirmed
Occasional weekend work may be required on a rota basis

Salary & Benefits

£27,300 per annum + performance bonus
Monthly pay (bank transfer)
