Sales Operations Executive (Admin)

Reading | Hybrid Working

Join the UK's most trusted car leasing company (as rated on Trustpilot) as a Sales Operations Executive within our Deliveries Team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey from vehicle order through to successful delivery.

We're looking for a highly organised, customer-focused, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers, dealers, funders, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional leasing experience.

What You'll Do

Manage customer orders from delivery authorisation through to successful vehicle delivery
Proactively obtain delivery updates from dealers and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date
Secure and coordinate vehicle delivery dates with dealers and customers
Communicate delivery delays, vehicle issues, and updates to relevant internal teams
Assist customers with Letters of Authority (LOAs), ensuring documentation is processed correctly and in line with company procedures
Maintain delivery forecasts, dashboards, inboxes, and operational reports
Support dealer finance processes by obtaining agreements and documentation in a timely manner
Review and process finance agreements, ensuring compliance with signing instructions and funder requirements
Manage portal systems including LeaseLink, Fleet Procure, and manufacturer platforms
Handle customer and dealer queries professionally and efficiently
Conduct customer welcome calls and provide updates throughout the delivery journey
Support operational targets by reducing inbound delivery queries through proactive communication
Build strong working relationships with dealers, funders, customers, and internal departments
Ensure all activities are completed in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within customer service, sales support, operations, or administration
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ideally experience within vehicle leasing, automotive, fleet, finance, or transport industries
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Previous experience using CRM systems
A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively towards shared goals
