Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager

We’re working with a highly regarded estate agency in Midsomer Norton looking to appoint an experienced Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager to join their growing residential sales team.

Having spoken in detail with the leadership team, it’s clear this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and motivated sales agent who wants more than just another negotiator/valuer role. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for someone who can help drive the sales side forward and grow with the company long term.

What’s in it for you?

£28,000–£35,000 basic salary
Realistic OTE £40,000–£50,000

Responsibilities

Generating new business and winning instructions
Conducting valuations, viewings, and market appraisals
Managing sales through to completion
Negotiating offers and progressing deals
Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Supporting the day-to-day sales function within the branch

About you

Proven residential estate agency experience
Strong track record in winning business
Motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
