Hours: [15 hours]
Salary: [Salary Range-dependent on experience]
Contract: [Fixed Term to start September 2026]About the RoleWe are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our small and welcoming school community. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and efficient front-of-house experience.Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting visitors, parents, pupils, and staff.
Managing telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Maintaining pupil and school records accurately.
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the school office.
Handling incoming and outgoing post.
Assisting with attendance records and general office duties.
Providing administrative support to the leadership team as required.

About YouThe successful candidate will:

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be well organised with strong attention to detail.
Be confident using Microsoft Office applications.
Have the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
Be professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Enjoy working in a busy school environment.

Desirable SkillsExperience of basic financial administration, such as processing invoices, handling payments, or maintaining financial records, would be an advantage but is not essential, as training can be provided.What We Offer
