WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER ASSISTANT

Geographical Area: Bristol to London
Head Office: Henstridge, Somerset
Full Time: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

We are a growing construction cleaning company looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Operations Manager Assistant to join our team.

You will work closely with our Operations Manager to help coordinate our cleaning teams and ensure our sites run smoothly, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect, company vehichle provided

Key Responsibilities:

Attending site meetings and liaising with clients and site teams
Taking and coordinating cleaning bookings
Organising and ordering cleaning stock and supplies
Creating and managing rotas for cleaning teams
Keeping on top of construction programmes and site requirements
Maintaining regular contact with cleaners across our sites
Ensuring cleaners have the equipment, stock and support they need
Monitoring standards of work and ensuring company expectations are maintained
Helping to resolve day-to-day operational issues and supporting the wider team

About You:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with clients, site teams and cleaning staff
Proactive, practical and able to work under pressure
Good at managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
Full UK driving licence
Construction experience is not essential, but would be advantageous
Previous experience in operations, administration, facilities, cleaning or a similar role would be beneficial

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on role and wants to play an important part in the day-to-day running and growth of a successful construction cleaning business

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
