Seasonal Spa Attendant/Cleaner Part/Full Time Positions

As a Spa Attendant/cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and aiding the first-class spa and wellbeing experience our clients expect. Every step of our customer journey should ooze serene spa sophistication, our guests should feel special at each visit and leave relaxed and rejuvenated. This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing hotel and spa team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service.

What will I be doing?
As a Spa Attendant/cleaner at Source Spa, Saunton Sands Hotel, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Key duties will include deep cleaning all the various areas of the Spa - including the treatment rooms, the gym and pool, the relaxation areas and reception areas. Also, the cleaning of corridors, toilets and other public areas, related to the Spa.
Making sure the gym areas, swimming pools, treatment and changing areas are adequately stocked with towels, robes, flip flops and water
To clean and maintain daily assigned areas according to [spa] standards and procedures and daily work schedule
To always ensure that there is a strong emphasis on personal service

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

The right candidate

No experience is necessary as full training will be given, although previous experience would be advantageous. You will need a good eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver high quality cleaning within the designated time. You will be working on your own for most of the time so being self driven is essential.

You will be a vital member of our team and will need a positive attitude and be able to demonstrate continued reliability.

Flexibility to work to the hours and needs of the business including shift, weekend and Bank Holiday work as well as covering shifts due to illness
Exceptional attention to detail
A team player who is an avid learner, adaptable
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
