We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our expanding team. This is more than just a role—it's a chance to make a real impact in a growing company that’s redefining the legal market.

With no geographical or client restrictions, we’re seeking individuals who are relentless in generating new business and consistently winning deals. At ReviewSolicitors, we’re offering an exciting base salary of at least £40,000 along with a genuinely achievable and generous commission structure. For those who excel, this means the potential to earn in excess of £45,000 in your first year and £65,000 in your second. With 70% warm leads and 30% cold, supported by a dedicated outreach team that books demonstrations for you, you’ll be set up for success from the start.

As a BDM, you'll play a crucial role in educating law firms on the importance of online reviews and demonstrating how our platform can drive their commercial success while ensuring regulatory compliance. Join an innovative legal tech company where success is yours for the taking!

Deliver compelling Zoom demonstrations to law firms, showcasing the benefits of joining ReviewSolicitors.
Strategically follow up on contracts to secure new partnerships.
Proactively acquire new law firms to expand our platform’s reach.
Work collaboratively within a high-energy, supportive team.
Exciting Starting Base Salary: £ £40K, depending on experience..
Generous Commission Structure: Genuinely achievable, with OTE exceeding £45-55K in your first year.

Sales Reinforcement: You will have a dedicated Sales co-ordinator to work alongside you and assist in demo bookings, whilst our team of floating Sales Co-ordinators can also book appointments on your behalf. For every demo that you book, your sales team can get 2 more booked for you!
