Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, providing excellent service while maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws.
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is fully equipped throughout the shift.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, fostering a welcoming environment.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or as a bartender is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple orders during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Effective time management to ensure timely service during shifts.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly personality with excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with diverse guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to thrive in a lively setting while delivering exceptional service.
