Qualifications

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic front of house team. This role involves providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for good customer service, excellent time management skills, and experience in a hotel environment. We are looking for someone local to our hotel with flexible working hours to fill in for gaps in our current staffing rota.

Duties

Opperate the PMS system, taking payments checking in/checking out routines.
Interact with OTAs such as booking.com, expedia, etc.
Prepare and grab and go breakfast bags in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Assist with food safety procedures, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the preperation kitchen and dining areas.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy shifts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience is absolutely required.
Knowledge of PMS systems, taking payments checking in/checking out routines.
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order accuracy.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
