As Valuation Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth and market share across Dartford and the surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively prospecting in the local area, fully utilising our comprehensive marketing resources
Generating new business and winning instructions
Conducting valuations and converting opportunities into listings
Upselling additional services and products
Marketing properties effectively to buyers
Supporting and assisting in leading and motivating the team
Building strong, long-lasting relationships within the local community

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the ever-growing success of the branch.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in Residential Sales
Confident and accomplished in listing and winning instructions
Proactive, personable and target-driven
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Knowledgeable about the local area
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
