Telesales Agent – Lead Generation (Eco-Efficient Home Upgrades)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Self-Employed Contract)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:30 | No Weekends

Pay Structure: Guaranteed Basic Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

Are you confident on the phone, target-driven, and looking for a sales role where your hard work directly determines your paycheck?

Eco Efficient Installations Ltd is an expanding home efficiency provider. We are building a brand-new outbound lead generation team at our Braintree hub. We help homeowners make their properties energy-efficient, lowering their energy bills and carbon footprints with modern green home installations.

We are seeking enthusiastic Telesales Agents / Lead Generators to join our team. You will make outbound calls to pre-provided homeowner leads, explain our money-saving solutions, and secure appointments for our field survey team.

Best of all? When our team hits its daily lead target, everyone gets to go home early with full pay for the day!

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation: Call targeted homeowners using high-quality data provided directly by the company.
Value Pitching: Introduce our energy-efficient home products, explain their financial and environmental benefits, and build warm rapport.
Appointment Booking: Qualify customer interest and successfully schedule appointments for our field survey specialists.
Target Achievement: Work toward daily and weekly call and booking targets to maximize your commission potential.
Data Management: Record accurate call details and updates on our internal CRM system.

Requirements

Experience: 1 year of lead generation, telesales, or call center experience is preferred (though candidates with general phone confidence and strong sales drive will receive full training).
Communication: Clear, professional telephone manner with a natural ability to connect with homeowners over the phone.
Mindset: Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and hungry to hit targets and earn uncapped commission.
Status: This position is offered on a self-employed contract basis.
