Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist (Level 3 or Level 4) who is full of enegy and passion to join our aesthetic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, provide outstanding customer service, and create a relaxing environment for clients. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a dynamic and welcoming setting, helping clients look and feel their best. The position is suitable for individuals passionate about beauty therapy and dedicated to delivering high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, back & shoulder massage, eyebrows & lashes, Advanced applications
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas
Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each appointment
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and products used
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
Promote retail products to clients where appropriate
Manage reception desk, appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and maximise client satisfaction

Skills

Proficiency in facial & beauty treatments,
Must hold minimum Level 3 NVQ/ITEC/VTCT, Level 4 is preferred but not essential
Excellent selling & customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and provide advice
Fluency in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments effectively
Professional attitude with a passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning
