Hashtag Warehouse Ltd is a family-run, fast-growing, sustainable, e-commerce services company serving the music and influencer industry, based near Biggleswade. We specialise in handling end-to-end solutions for our clients, this includes building Shopify stores, producing merchandise & media, managing fulfilment and global shipping for online orders, along with touring support and customer service.

Role Overview:

In this warehouse manager role, you’ll play a key part in our daily operations, leading our core service, fulfilment. The role is dynamic and multifaceted – on any given day you might be managing incoming deliveries and time-sensitive album releases, overseeing the printing, picking and packing of orders, or taking on an improvement procedure or project, to further streamline the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Warehouse management / organisation

· Product, packaging and supplies management

· Order fulfilment management

· Team management

· Procedure enforcer and improver

· Office and Director liaison

Candidate Requirements:

· Experience & knowledge: 1-2 years of management experience.

1-2 years of warehouse experience.

· Skills: Exceptional organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills.

A high level of accuracy in everything you do.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic numeracy & fiscal aptitude: As a small company, you need to be eager to troubleshoot minor tech issues or research for solutions or improvements.

· Team player: A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

We’re looking for someone who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and is eager to help.

(Note: Legal eligibility to work in the UK and fluency in English are required.)

Salary & Benefits:

· Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience.

· Employment type: Permanent, in-warehouse, full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-5).

· Holidays & perks: 20 days paid holiday (28 including bank holidays) and enrolment in the company pension scheme. We also offer a relaxed office/warehouse environment (casual dress code, regular pizzas) Plus, plenty of quality coffee, biscuits and playlist arguments!

· Training & support: We will provide on-the-job training to get you up to speed with our systems and processes.
