Role Profile: Residential sales assistant - weekends

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Satchells whilst being a family business is team orientated with all staff working as one team in their office.

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic part-time Residential Sales Negotiator to join our Biggleswade team working alternate weekends. As our company continues to grow, we recognise the importance of having skilled professionals who can effectively secure profitable agreements and foster long-term relationships with clients.

You will be joining a dedicated team of sales and lettings negotiators who work closely and collaboratively to drive our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client engagement.

· Arranging and conducting viewings.

· Generating and negotiating offers.

· Applicant management.

· Securing new business.

· General office administration.

· Marketing properties.

· Promotion of all Satchells services.

Experience required.

· Ideally a background of a sales environment.

Behaviors

· Be organised and pay attention to detail.
