Full job description

Hard To Find Group – Birmingham City Centre

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 10am–6pm

We have an opening for an organised and reliable individual to join our expanding team based in Birmingham City Centre. The role is focused on booking in incoming stock and ensuring inventory is received, checked and processed accurately. We are looking for somebody with excellent attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining accurate systems and spotting discrepancies before they become problems.

Key responsibilities:

Booking incoming stock into our systems.
Checking deliveries against paperwork and purchase orders.
Investigating shortages, discrepancies and damaged goodsUpdating stock records accurately.
Assisting with goods-in and warehouse organisation.
Working closely with internal departments to ensure stock is processed efficiently.
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.

Skills and experience:

Previous warehouse, stock control, goods-in or inventory experience preferred.
Experience using scanners, WMS or stock systems advantageous.
Good computer skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable with good timekeeping.
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

We are looking for somebody seeking a long-term full-time position who enjoys a structured, hands-on role and takes pride in getting things right.

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year

Experience:

Goods-In: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
