Team Leader Children’s Residential Home

£37,880 to £40,000 OTE (including sleep ins, Dependant on experience) | 4.7★ Indeed Rated | West Midlands

Care Perspectives is an established provider with over 8 years’ experience, rated 4.7★ on Indeed by our own staff.

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our residential children’s homes across the West Midlands. Small homes, strong teams and a well-structured environment.

And just so we are clear from the start, this is not a chaotic setting. Our homes are well run, well-staffed and led by managers who are present and accessible every single day.

The Pay

No unsafe lone working. Consistent rota. A team around you on every shift.

£200 at 18 months
£500 at 2 years
£1,000 at 5 years

The Role

You will lead shifts, mentor your Support Workers and be a hand on, trusted presence for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

You will contribute to care plans, work closely with your Registered Manager and help create a stable, well-run home.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2 years residential children’s care experience
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Full UK driving licence
A leader who leads by example
