Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Franchise Development Commercial Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our restaurant franchise network in UK and China. In this pivotal role, you will drive franchise sales, develop compelling commercial strategies, and foster strong relationships with prospective franchise partners. Your expertise will help shape the future of our brand by identifying new opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our global footprint while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new franchise development opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
Lead the end-to-end sales process for prospective franchise partners, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and onboarding
Develop tailored commercial proposals that align with both franchisee needs and company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees by providing expert guidance and support during their journey from inquiry to signing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, legal, and operations to ensure seamless franchise onboarding and compliance
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies for franchise growth and market penetration

Experience

Proven success in franchise development or sales roles within a fast-growing organization
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a transparent approach to complex discussions
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive business expansion and revenue growth
Fluent English and Chinese
