Regional Safer Gambling Manager - Field Based Covering the North West and the Midlands – Regular travel and overnight stays required
Contracted Hours – 40 per week – Predominately Monday till Friday with weekend flexibility at times required
Salary – £46,340 + Company Bonus Scheme

What is the role?
Joining us as a Regional Safer Gambling Manager you will ensure the company remains compliant with licence conditions and codes of practices as well as creating a safe and supported environment for our customers. You will be:

Ensuring that the companies’ operations do not pose a risk to the licensing objectives through the effective mitigation of those risks by company policy and process.

Implementing effective processes for compliance with relevant licence conditions and code provisions and collaborates with colleagues to ensure a consistent departmental approach is followed.

Supporting Area and Regional teams with relevant training support where required.

Supporting Operations in the completion and review of Local Risk Assessments and ensure these are completed in a timely manner.

Ensuring appropriate reporting of key metrics to the National Compliance Manager and Director of Risk and Compliance as well as senior operational managers.

Remaining abreast of the latest changes to relevant legislation and regulation

Industry experience at management level.

Excellent compliance knowledge relating to the industry’s regulations and legislation.

Excellent Numerate skills.

Methodical mindset.

Coaching or leadership experience.

Diligent and thorough with an excellent eye for attention to detail.

Excellent IT skills especially working with MS office.

Must have full clean Driving Licence and the flexibility to be able to travel frequently and stay away from home on a periodic basis.

Must have a clean UK Driving Licence.
