Full job description

Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded TikTok Shop Brand Manager & Live Presenter to join WLKS Studios. You’ll be responsible for helping manage and grow multiple brands on TikTok Shop, combining behind-the-scenes account management with live presenting, affiliate management and creator outreach.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is comfortable both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, with a strong understanding of social media, creators and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of client TikTok Shop accounts
Present engaging and sales-focused TikTok LIVE shopping sessions
Build strong knowledge of each brand, its products and key selling points
Manage TikTok Shop affiliate programmes
Identify and recruit relevant creators for brand partnerships
Reach out to creators and manage ongoing affiliate relationships
Arrange and track creator samples and product seeding
Create targeted and open affiliate collaborations
Monitor creator performance, sales and GMV
Encourage high-performing creators to produce additional content
Help develop affiliate commission and incentive strategies
Optimise product listings, promotions and TikTok Shop activity
Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Monitor LIVE performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion
Work with the wider team to plan LIVE schedules, offers and content
Communicate with clients and provide updates on account performance
Keep up to date with TikTok Shop features, trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Confident and natural on camera
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and e-commerce
Comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with creators
Highly organised and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Good understanding of TikTok and social media
Comfortable working with targets and performance data
Proactive and able to spot opportunities for growth
Previous TikTok Shop, affiliate, influencer marketing, e-commerce or LIVE presenting experience is beneficial, but training can be provided

The Role

This isn't purely a presenting position. You'll become a key point of contact for the brands you manage, taking ownership of their TikTok Shop, LIVE and affiliate activity and helping develop strategies to increase their presence and sales on the platform.

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
