Location: Ugbrooke Business Park, Kingsteignton, Devon TQ123GP

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30 pm 30 minute unpaid break

The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our Accounts team on a maternity cover basis.

This is a key role supporting the smooth running of our purchase ledger function, ensuring invoices and supplier accounts are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities *Processing purchase invoices and credits onto our internal system *Matching delivery notes to invoices and resolving any discrepancies *Filing delivery notes, invoices, and supplier statements accurately *Reconciling supplier statements against the purchase ledger *Chasing outstanding credits from suppliers *Handling supplier queries, including pricing discrepancies *Monitoring and responding to purchase ledger emails *Supporting general accounts administration as required

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who: *Has strong attention to detail and accuracy *Is well organised with excellent time management skills *Can manage a high volume of administrative tasks *Has good communication skills when dealing with suppliers *Is reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team *Previous purchase ledger or accounts experience is desirable but not essential
