We are recruiting for Team Members to join our venue Wonder World venue in Southampton

Candidates should have relevant work experience and be self assured, customer focused and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.

In return you will join a fun, rewarding, progressive and ambitious business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: Between £8.00 and £12.71 per hour depending on age and experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
Coordinate and host parties, managing logistics and activities to create memorable experiences.
Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Uphold hospitality standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Qualifications

Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Experience in hospitality or event management
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude
Previous experience as a party host or in a similar role is a plus
