Job Title: Sales Advisor
Pay: From £12.75 per hour, plus uncapped commission
Expected earnings: £30,000+ per year
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Blackburn
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

About the Role

We are expanding our energetic sales team and are looking for confident, ambitious and money-motivated Sales Advisors to join us at our Blackburn office.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, speaking with customers who have already shown an interest in our online products and services.

This is a warm-lead sales role with no cold calling.

You will receive full training, ongoing support and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission within a friendly, fast-paced and motivating sales environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
Speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in our services.
Converting warm leads into successful sales.
Following up with customers who have not yet completed their purchase.
Re-engaging previous and lapsed customers.
Identifying relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Explaining our products and services clearly and confidently.
Delivering excellent customer service on every call.
Accurately updating customer information and call outcomes on our internal systems.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Following company sales processes and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience, ideally within a telephone-based role.
Strong communication and questioning skills.
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
A target-driven and results-focused approach.
A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
Good time-management and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Confidence using computers, CRM systems and other office software.

Identifying additional sales opportunities.

Important
