Affinity and Renewals Lead Generator

Warrantywise are one of the fastest growing businesses in the North West, an award-winning warranty firm who continually rank as one of the best businesses in Lancashire. We are looking for a Lead Generator to join our ever-growing team at our prestigious Rocket Centre office in Blackburn. Warrantywise supplies the highest quality extended vehicle warranties for all makes and models to private individuals, as well as over 3,000 independent dealer groups. The last 12 months have seen us undergo significant growth, taking the Warrantywise family from 50 to 150 people, and we plan to continue our rapid expansion throughout 2026 and beyond.

What does the role involve?

This role would suit someone who can work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Working from a dialler.
Making outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate interest and create new sales opportunities.
Following up on warm and existing leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
Data cleansing to ensure we are speaking to the correct contact.
Working in line with GDPR requirements.
Achieving monthly conversion, cold calling, and call activity targets.
Working from a callback system to ensure leads are contacted promptly.
Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction.
Working both independently and as part of a team.

Providing you are committed and motivated in your role, you will have the opportunity to earn excellent commission through achieving set KPIs.

What we are looking for -

At Warrantywise, we are looking for talented individuals who are committed to living our values and delivering an excellent service to our customers.We need someone who is energetic, resilient, and dedicated. As this is a challenging role, you'll need to be motivated by targets, confident speaking to new people, and able to overcome objections without letting minor setbacks affect your performance. You should also be capable of working independently.Previous experience in a telephone-based sales, lead generation, or cold calling role is highly desirable. Experience using a dialler system is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Salary: £24,785 plus OTE.
22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
