Nationwide Mobile Role | Company Vehicle Provided | Permanent Seasonal Position with Year-Round Pay

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, travelling, operating specialist equipment, and taking pride in delivering high-quality work. You will work across a variety of locations throughout the season, helping maintain highways, public spaces, and commercial environments.
This is a mobile role working away during the week. Therefore, based from home, you will travel to sites across areas including Plymouth, Kent, and the South and North, staying away during the working week with accommodation fully arranged and paid for by the company.
This role operates from March to November each year, with paid time off from December to February while retaining year-round pay.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out herbicide application across highways, roadside verges, pathways, residential areas, and open land
- Operating quad bikes and knapsack sprayers
- Working safely and professionally in public-facing environments
- Following customer-specific RAMS, SOPs, and health & safety procedures
- Recording completed works, mapping coverage, and logging progress using mobile app-based systems
- Carrying out equipment checks, audits, and calibrations
- Supporting other operational teams where required during peak periods
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working independently within a supportive team environment.
Essential:
- Experience in amenity weed spraying, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor operational work
- Experience working to RAMS and a good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Experience operating quads, ride-on machinery, or similar equipment
- Comfortable working away from home during the week on a regular basis
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Confident using mobile apps and technology to record work activities
- Flexible, adaptable, and quality-focused approach to work
Desirable:
- PA1, PA2 and PA6 qualifications (or equivalent LANTRA/NPTC certifications)
- Experience using herbicides or chemical treatments
Training can be provided for the right candidate.

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Monday to Saturday rotation
