Full job description

Eprotek is a leading company in PCB Protyping and Pcb Test and Repair.

Based at our facility in Bathgate, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an organised and efficient office and manufacturing environment with a knowledgeable and supportive team around you.

Ideally you will have experience of working in an office environment, have good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, have good attention to detail and be able to liaise with customers, suppliers and the internal team. Full support and ongoing training will be given to the right candidate along with a full job description and job expectations.

We are happy to discuss all aspects of the role and conditions with suitable candidates.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday 7AM – 5.00PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a background in administrative duties to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment. The position is paid and suitable for applicants with prior office experience.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate data entry and organise files using Microsoft Office
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and other communication channels
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Provide administrative support to various departments as required

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong data entry skills
Organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
Prior administrative experience is preferred ; training will be provided for the right candidate
