Restaurant Food and Beverage Assistant
Stanley House Hotel & Spa is a stunning, award winning, boutique country hotel, set in 54 acres of Ribble Valley countryside in Mellor, Lancashire. We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

This is a guest-facing role where you'll deliver attentive service, support the smooth running of the restaurant and help ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service within the restaurant
Welcome guests and help create a positive dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks in line with company standards
Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, promotions and available products
Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly
Prepare and maintain restaurant areas to a high standard
Process payments and transactions accurately
Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality, restaurant or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Friendly, confident and professional approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and presentation
Positive and team-focused attitude
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
