THIS POSITION IS A PART TIME ROLE FOR PUBS/CLUBS WHERE ALCOHOL IS SERVED -

Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a calm demeanour, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This role is vital in upholding the safety standards of our organisation while providing excellent customer service. All positions are paid, including internship opportunities.

Responsibilities

Monitor entry points to verify identification and authorisation of individuals entering the premises
Conduct regular patrols of the venue to identify potential security risks or irregularities
Enforce venue policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary
Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with team members and management
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors courteously and professionally

Experience

Previous experience in security or surveillance roles is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or special events as needed
