Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic for guests and staff alike. A strong emphasis on customer service is essential, as you will be interacting with guests and responding to their needs.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a pristine environment.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and communal areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
A basic understanding of cooking is advantageous but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
