Business Management Trainee | Manchester, UK | Full-Time | Entry Level

We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Management Trainee to join our growing team in Manchester, UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in business management through a structured training and development programme. You'll gain hands-on experience across business operations, customer service, sales, team coordination, and performance management while working alongside experienced professionals.

No previous management experience is required. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to progress into Assistant Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, and senior leadership positions.

Your Responsibilities

As a Business Management Trainee, you'll:

Participate in a structured business management training programme.
Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
Assist managers with planning, team coordination, and workflow management.
Support customer service, sales, and business development activities.
Monitor business performance and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Assist with staff onboarding, training, and development activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and business stakeholders.
Support the implementation of business strategies and operational initiatives.
Participate in ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development programmes.
