Service Administrator

Heywood, Lancashire OL10. Up to £30,000 per annum + Annual Bonus. Full Time Permanent | 38 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday (Early Finish Every Friday)

Based at our modern £1 million manufacturing facility in Heywood, we're looking for a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join our Service Support Team.

This varied role sits at the heart of our service operation, supporting customers, service engineers and colleagues across the business. If you're organised, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Service Administrator you’ll be a key point of contact for customers and field service engineers, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of maintenance, service and repair appointments.

Working as part of a small and supportive team, you’ll coordinate service administration, manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule service activities and support the wider business when required.

Key responsibilities:

· Producing quotations for maintenance, service work, repairs and spare parts

· Processing customer orders and raising invoices

· Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally

· Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and service systems

· Scheduling engineer visits and ensuring appointments are coordinated effectively

· Following up quotations and helping convert opportunities into orders

· Coordinating engineer travel, accommodation and equipment requirements

· Supporting continuous improvements to internal processes

· Providing admin support to other departments, including Marketing and IT, when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

✅ Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities

✅ Experienced in an administrative or coordination role within a busy office

✅ Confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels

✅ Proactive, driven and focused on delivering excellent service

✅ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word

✅ Experienced using CRM systems

Desirable Experience

While not essential, the following experience would make you stand out:

· Service, engineering or manufacturing administration

· Customer service or service coordination experience

· Using Joblogic or similar scheduling and service management systems

· Working with Zoho Desk, Zendesk or similar ticket management platforms
