Full job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and other channels.
Plan and coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitor activities.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, influencers, and external partners.
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to support business growth objectives.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical abilities with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.

- Effective project management and campaign planning skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Relevant professional marketing certifications are desirable.

Experience Required

- Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.

- Experience developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance.

- Strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement, and market trends.

- Experience working in a retail, consumer, or fast-paced commercial environment is advantageous.
