Adventure Camp Manager (Ages 4–12) – Summer Holiday Club

Abingdon/Oxford, OX2
£14.00 per hour
Summer 2026 | Starting July 2026

Monday to Friday | Hours 8:30am – 17.30pm

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love motivating teams, solving problems, and creating exceptional experiences for children?

We're launching an exciting new Holiday HQ Summer Camp for children aged 4–12 and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Adventure Camp Manager to lead the way.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead the team, oversee daily operations, support children and families, and ensure every day is packed with energy, adventure, and unforgettable memories.

About the Role

As Adventure Camp Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall operation of the camp, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for every child.

You'll lead and inspire a team of Activity Coaches, oversee daily camp operations, support excursions, and act as the key point of contact for parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Activity Coaches
Oversee the day-to-day running of camp, ensuring activities run smoothly and safely
Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive camp culture
Manage camp routines, schedules, and daily operations
Act as the main point of contact for parents and carers on site
Support and resolve incidents, concerns, and escalations professionally
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed at all times
Play a key role in delivering safe and well-organised excursions
Maintain high standards of care, engagement, and customer experience

Experience We'd Love to See

Leadership or management experience
Holiday camp, childcare, education, or sports coaching experience
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
Experience working with parents and customers
