We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Nursery Manager — someone who goes beyond ticking boxes and is ready to create a truly special environment for children and their team.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences, creating a setting where both children and staff can thrive.

We’re looking for someone who:

Turns everyday moments into meaningful learning adventures
Embraces creativity (and doesn’t mind a little glitter or mud!)
Inspires and supports their team to grow, succeed, and enjoy their work
Understands that the smallest moments make the biggest difference
