About Us

Leaves Property Services delivers housing, refurbishment, and maintenance services across the South. As our business continues to grow, we are investing in the next generation of talent by recruiting three Apprentice Operations Administrators to join our team and develop across all areas of the business.

The Role

This is a structured apprenticeship role designed to give you full exposure to how a construction and maintenance business operates.

You will rotate across three core departments every 3 months, gaining hands-on experience in operations, administration, and business support.

As part of the apprenticeship, you will attend college one day per month to complete a Business Administration qualification, with the remaining four days based in the office gaining practical experience.

During college holidays, you will be expected to work full-time (5 days per week in the office).

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within the business.

Rotation 1 – Operations Team

Review incoming job orders and ensure they are processed correctly
Update systems and schedules in real time
Contact customers to ensure jobs are booked in daily
Support planners with deploying works to trades
Work from reports and live data to track job progress
Ensure jobs are progressing in line with SLA targets and deadlines

Rotation 2 – General Administration

Answer calls from customers, trades, and suppliers
Log jobs, queries, and updates accurately into the system
Raise and issue purchase orders (POs)
Communicate with clients and customers regarding jobs and updates
Support general office administration and coordination

Rotation 3 – Business Support Team

Support job tracking and ensure systems are accurate and up to date
Assist with reporting, performance tracking, and data management
Support onboarding processes and documentation
Assist across HR, procurement, fleet, and compliance functions
Help improve systems and processes across the business

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in business, administration, or construction
Good communication skills and confidence speaking to people
Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / systems)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
