Trainee IVA Advisor - Cheadle (£27,000 - £50,000 - IVA/Debt Experience Preferable)

Remuneration: £27,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience and successful completion of training

Key Responsibilities

* Learn & Advise: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and other appropriate debt solutions.

* Case Management: Assist with managing cases through to the Statement of Insolvency Practice (SIP) Meeting of Creditors (MOC) stage.

* Financial Assessment: Support clients by thoroughly assessing their financial situations to recommend the most suitable path forward.

* Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based client relationships through empathy and clear, effective communication.

* Target Driven: Work towards achieving quality standards and performance goals as part of your professional development.

Requirements

* Experience within the IVA or debt industry is preferable.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.

* A genuine desire to help clients take control of their finances.

* Willingness to learn and actively develop into a fully qualified IVA Advisor.

* A proactive, positive attitude and a strong team player.
