We take pride in offering best-in-class service and client journeys to both our schools and community users. EDU Lettings supports tens of thousands of community groups each year across a network of well over 140 schools.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Operations Supervisor to join our Central Operations Team in our modern office located in Bolton Town Centre. In this role, you will help monitor and supervise operations across all our schools, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Covering a working pattern of Tuesday 4:30pm to 10:45pm, Saturday 1:00pm to 8:45pm and Sunday 1:30pm to 8:45pm
Oversee daily operational activities across all our schools.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient task completion.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with staff, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability: Must be able to work on Tuesdays, Saturdays & Sundays during specified hours, with good availability throughout the week.
Transportation: Punctual and reliable, with the ability to commute to and from Bolton Town Centre.
Team Player: Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.
Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and stay organised.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to address and resolve issues.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the sport and leisure industry is beneficial.
