Part‑Time Administrative Assistant (Temporary – Potential Permanent)

Maghull, L31
£Competitive (depending on experience)
20 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 1pm–5pm

We are looking for a reliable and organised Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to join our Maghull office. This role supports our overseas property management business, focusing on email handling, scheduling, and call management during time-zone crossover hours.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Managing shared email inboxes and responding to non‑urgent enquiries
Scheduling appointments, meetings, cyclical maintenance, and site visits
Producing meeting minutes from recordings
Handling incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
Ensuring smooth communication between our UK and overseas offices

About You

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Able to work independently in a small, quiet office environment
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Previous admin or customer service experience is an advantage
Comfortable with occasional extended hours (e.g., working until 7pm when required)

Hours & Pay

1pm–5pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
Occasional later finishes (paid at standard hourly rate)
£12.50+ per hour depending on experience
Potential for extra hours
Temporary role with potential to become permanent

Location

Maghull, L31 – accessible by public transport with nearby parking available.
